Over the course of seven years, Droid Behavior has played major a role in the architecture of nightlife and music in LA and beyond. Droid events have a reputation of being a full sensory experience of surging soundtracks—designed and performed by some of the best talents in their field—combined with stunning visual and art installations that aim to completely engulf the audience.
.
Earlier today Droid Behaviour sent me a link to a promo video which they describe as a “compilation of sorts from our collective music career over the last 7 years”. As you can tell from the video they know how to throw a good underground party, be it on the beach or in a dark warehouse. In fact, they throw the sort of parties you should make a point of trying to get to.
.
So, on Saturday, October 17th you have your chance as Droid Behavior celebrates their seven year anniversary with Interface 29. The event will feature Germany’s Chris Liebing (his first Los Angeles appearance in ten years), Kid 606 and a handful of other talents complemented by original light installations and a full bodied sound system. Interface 29 will take place in a undisclosed venue in Downtown Los Angeles whose location will be revealed the day of the event to ensure its exclusivity.
