| How accurate are the bpms shown in your track entries? |
| While we try our best to ensure that the bpms shown in our track entries are entirely accurate, we should point out that in some cases the information may be incorrect. |

| What is the file format of your audio downloads? |
| All of our track and mix downloads are formatted as 320 kbps MP3 files. Our downloads of samples are left in their original uncompressed format. |

| If I purchase samples, how and when will I receive them? |
| After you complete the purchase of a collection of samples, you will be able to immediately download them in their original uncompressed format (i.e. as wave audio files). We do not sell or deliver our samples in cd format. |

| Is it legal for me to share the music I purchase? |
| Not only is such sharing illegal, it is against the best interest of the music. Please avoid doing this so that artists, DJs, producers, and others who dedicate themselves to the advancement of the music are rewarded for their efforts. |

| If I purchase tracks, can I play them when I DJ in public? |
| Yes, you have the right to play any track purchased from our site in any of your mixes, whether in private or public places. You do not, however, have the right to sell any of the tracks you purchase or any of your mixes if they contain tracks from our site. |

| If I purchase samples, can I use them to compose my own music? |
| Yes, you have the right to include any of the samples purchased from our site in your musical compositions. For example, you may produce any number of tracks using any number or combination of samples purchased from our site. You may also sell or license the tracks that you have produced using such samples, but you may not resell or sublicense any samples from our site in their original unaltered form. |

| What is your refund policy for downloads? |
| We do not offer refunds for purchases of downloads. All transactions on our site are final. |

| What should I do if I have a problem downloading a purchased item? |
| If you are unable to download a particular track, mix, or sample, we suggest that you logout from the site and then login again. After doing this, you should click the “My Account” button. In this section, you will see that you have the ability to download any purchased track, mix, or sample up to two times within forty-eight hours of having purchased it. If you are still unable to download the item on your second try, please contact us for customer support at support@resonantvibes.com. |
