- 1. The ResonEant Vibes Network contests for mixes and tracks (collectively, the “Contests”) will be managed by Resonant Vibes LLC (“RV”). All decisions regarding the winners of the Contests will be made in the sole discretion of RV and will not be subject to dispute by the contestants.
- 2. You must be at least 18 years old to enter either of the Contests.
- 3. All mixes and tracks entered into either of the Contests must comply with the RV Terms of Services. Any mixes or tracks that are uploaded in violation of the RV Terms of Service will be subject to immediate removal from the RV Network and will not be deemed valid Contest entries.
- 4. The deadline for submitting mixes and tracks in a given Contest cycle will be provided on the “Mix Contests” or “Track Contests” information pages, as applicable. Other details about the Contests are also provided on those information pages, and contestants should review those pages prior to entering either of the Contests.
- 5. All Contest mixes and tracks must be submitted through the RV File Uploader, which is launched by clicking the “Click to Upload” button in the RV Network. Submissions via file delivery services, email, compact discs, or other means will not be accepted.
- 6. RV will determine the winners of the Contests on the basis of the “net ratings” earned by the mixes and tracks submitted in each Contest cycle. (Net rating for a given mix or track means the number of thumbs up votes less the number of thumbs down votes it receives in the RV Network.)
- 7. RV will send an email to notify the winner of a given Contest (the “Notification Email”) within 48 hours of the submission deadline for that Contest. (RV will use the email address provided with that contestant’s ResonantVibes.com account.)
- 8. The winner of a given Contest will have five calendar days to reply to the Notification Email. If he or she does not reply within five days, RV will select a new winner for that Contest. (RV will make at least three attempts to contact the winner during the five-day response period.)
- 9. RV will announce each Contest winner on the ResonantVibes.com blog within 24 hours of receiving such winner’s reply to his or her Notification Email.
- 10. RV will deliver the prizes due to any Contest winner within 21 days of announcing his or her victory on the ResonantVibes.com blog.
